It is fulfilling for me to write. I enjoy putting the characters and the places down on paper. I love to read and years ago I was doing just that when it occurred to me that I could write a book as good as the one I was reading. It wasn't long after that I joined a writing group and I guess you could say the rest is history. I've been writing stories ever since although I only have two published works so far.

Of course I'm hoping to sell some bnooks and eventually have a few people who are fans of my work but I don't plan on making a living doing it. I'm just glad there's a way for writers to get their work published these days. It feels good to get it out there and into the hands of potential readers after all the hours of work put into it. Some of us aren't young enough to wait for that big publishing contract.

I'm constantly writing or reviewing others work if I'm not reading. My husband gets a bit upset with me from time to time because I can sit at the keyboard typing away for hours. But time flies and there are so many other stories I want to get on paper. There's never enough hours in a day for me.

I'm going to post my lkinks here if anyone happens by and wants to take a look at my books. I write fantasy fiction. Haversham Hill is a haunted house story and the Medallion- Book One - the Prophecy is historical fantasy about two sisters in the middle ages. I'm always interested in what anyone has to say - good or bad. I'e learned so much in this whole writing process. I think anything learned will only make you a better writer. You always have to keep you chin up, think positive and don't be discouraged no matter what. There will alwys be an audience for your work if you've polished it to the best of your ablility and it's readable.
